Yo, minna-san! O genki desuka? Sorry for not updating for so long. I've been busy with life and all. I've finally cleared all the msgs in my msg box though~ And well, I finally downloaded the entire series of Gokusen!! So happy~~

It took me a total of a week to do so. I had to leave my computer on under sleep mode while I do so. It's been hard on you, Fullmetal Comp! *Pats on back* Ehehehehe~ So, I get to watch like at least an episode per night or if the download speed is fast, I get to see two episodes a night!

I totally enjoy the series ne~~ It's so hilarious!! And so many bishonen as well~~ Even though, it wasn't quite the same as the original manga but I love it. It's much much much better than GTO I must say! I think they should make one drama serial or special where Onizuka and Yankumi meet together! It's gonna be sooo much fun!

Ahem, first up, Nakama Yukie-san plays a really comical and adorable Yankumi.



As usual, whether it's in the anime, drama or manga, all of the Yankumis share the same characteristics---All of them can't seemed to see the love of Shin for her. *Sigh* All she can see is Shinohara-sensei.... :dohtwo: Besides this, all Yankumis are fair and square. When it's right, it's right. When it's wrong, it's wrong and her students are what's the most precious to her. Yup yup.

Next came, Matsumoto Jun plays the bishie Sawada Shin~



He's just like the manga/anime Shin. Not on good terms with his dad, seldom speaks or smile and always thinks before he acts. He's a really kawaii Shin anyways. Matsujun somehow got that boyish look about him. Alittle chubby and all. Man, I love what he said in the last episode ne~ Makes me go squealing like a crazy fangirl~~ <--- You already are a crazy fangirl.



This is a scan from Japan's Seventeen magazine. One of Matsujun's latest pics. He looks different ne, from the drama I must say. In fact he looked totally different when he smiles like that in the pic. It's like his entire face lits up~ I guess that's coz' he's not allowed to smile as broadly and as much when he's portraying Shin.

I don't know, I just find him to be sooo cute!! I've thinking about him sooo much I dreamt about him this morning. Nope, it wasn't some erotic dream (how I wish it was ). Just an ordinary dream where he was saying something to me. And yup, in his character as Ucchi in the Gokusen drama. I almost didn't wanna wake up to go work ne~ Awww, I hope I'll continue the dream tonight! X3



I started looking up on him on the internet. The new colorbar added to my header as well as this sexuh pic above are what I found from the LJ community. His real name is Oguri Shun. And if some of you actually recognise him, he was the voice actor for Alphonse Heldrich (Not too sure about the spelling... ) for FMA Conqueror Of Shamballa.



I just so happened to recognise him in one of the article written for the coverage of FMA the movie in the above magazine!



It's his first time voicing for an anime ne. (He has a cute voices anyways~ Kya~ ) Man, makes me wanna watch the FMA movie even more! X3 He started acting at an young age. I found out that he just so happened to star in GTO as Yoshikawa Noboru as well! I watched the drama before and he was really young back then. I didn't know him at all. Now I wanna go dig out that drama and rewatch it again~ Just for the sake of Shun-kun~~ *Melts*

Besides watching the wonderful part 1 of the drama, while waiting for the episodes to be downloaded, I watched the part 2 as well.



I still prefer the 1st part though after watching part 2. Hmm, this time round, they got a different buncha bishies to play the delinquants of the new school Yankumi is assigned to. It kinda followed quite closely to the anime. Nakama Yukie trimmed her hair and dyed it black to make herself looked more like the original Yankumi. She's much tougher and meaner in this episode. Still going ga-ga over some handsome high school teacher and all.

I missed Shin alot in this 2nd part. I was hoping like hell to just catch a glimpse of him somewhere in the drama. Even a pic of him taken with the rest of his classmates and Yankumi will be good... But.... To my disappointment... There aren't any...

And also, the bond between Yankumi and her class students doesn't seemed as close as before. Maybe it's my imagination.

Meanwhile, these are the bishies cast in the 2nd part of the drama:



Erm, I don't quite like him... He is one of the group members of this group named Kat-Tun. His name is Akanishi Jin. He's supposedly replacing Shin I guess. From the way the story goes following the anime. (I still prefer Shin. ) He looked alittle plain... I don't know why... I just get the sorta feelings. >_<



Kamenashi Kazuya is also a member of Kat-Tun. He looked like a bishie rock star to me ne. But to me, he's kinda short... (No offence.) He's only like 19 if I'm not wrong. He looked much more mature instead for his age. :3



Koike Teppei. A up and rising star~ Really really young. I find him just alittle tooo cute... (Gomen, I just don't seemed to like this buncha guys... Don't kill me... :dohtwo



Hayami Mokomichi. 2 yrs younger than me! Really tall dude and dark. Erm, can only think of such words to say of him. Hehe...

I cried at the ending of the 2nd series ne. I don't know why I just cried. I almost cried when I watched the Gokusen drama special previously. I had tried really hard to hold back my tears. I kept on thinking if I were to watch the special only after I finished watching the entire series of part 1, I would have cried sooo sadly.

My overall afterthoughts of these two parts, well, it reminds me alot of the times I used to have back in good old school days. Back then we had f***ed up discipline master who always pick on us and all. But our class stick together and stood up for our friends. How memorable ne~

Right now, I'm burning the part 1's series into DVD and rewatching the episodes randomly every night~ I found myself to start to even act like Shin. You know, the way he look at ppl and the way he put his hands in the pocket!

It's gonna be a looong entry again. Bear with me. Last Saturday, I went to an event held by our cable tv's anime channel Animax. There wasn't much going on. Few ppl turned up and it wasn't really big or something. I dragged my hubby down with me anyways. For the sake of the animator of Samurai 7 & The Count Of Monte Cristo.



These are some of the pics I took at the event. I didn't have a better camera with me so I went and bought a disposable camera. I couldn't zoom in or whatever. The pics didn't turn out too good... Hehe, this is the animator they invited to the event. His name is Soejima Yasufumi. He is the chief 3D CGI animator of Gonzo. Who brought us Samurai 7, The Count Of Monte Cristo & The Last Exile. Being a crazy fan of Samurai 7 myself, I couldn't miss this opportunity! Above's a pic from the Samurai 7 fanbook I bought previously. I guess if his pic turns up in the fanbook, meaning he's kinda a bigshot for the anime!



He arrived at the event quite early before he actually went on stage. I brought my Samurai 7 fanbook and the Samurai 7 opening theme cd single in hope of asking him to sign but I was too shy... I mean he's a Jap and he's quite handsome man~ So you know, I'm just shy~ I could have let him sign it before he went on stage. Coz' he was basically just hanging around most of the time and sitting down for occasion interviews. Those ladies in blue tees are stuff of Animax and one of them is a translator. He seemed like a really nice guy with a Bks Kinokuniya shopping bag. (I think he went to Bks Kinokuniya before he came to the event.)



The wait was all worth while~ Weee~ It wasn't until 3 hrs after the event started, they called for the animator to autograph The Count Of Monte Cristo posters for ppl who were present on the event itself. I was one of them in the line along with my hubby. My heart was like pounding and all. LOLz. It's a nice giant poster of The Count Of Monte Cristo. One of Gonzo's latest anime release. I have two copies though.

One of which I wish to give it away to any Monte Cristo or Samurai 7 fan. Just drop me a note if you're interested ne! And I'll mail it to you. Towards the end, I still didn't have the courage to take out my Samurai 7 fanbook and let him sign... >_< Part of it is because the focus are on The Count Of Monte Cristo and all. And Samurai 7 was still showing on Animax but just that it's an older anime than The Count Of Monte Cristo...

Yeah. Just as I got my poster signed I turned and saw ~Damien-chan at the event. She had said she had a BBQ that day and she couldn't make it. I was kinda surprise when I saw her there. Well, my opportunity came as she joined the line to get her poster signed. I got behind her and took out the fanbook. When it was almost my turn, I asked the translator if I could have other things signed other than the poster. And she said yes and she told the animator about it.

The first thing he said when he took the book from my hands was, "Oh, Samurai 7." Heh, I guess it caught his attention ne~



Yup, yup. I got it signed afterall!!! Sooo happy!! Isn't his autograph creative ne?? Just imagine! The Samurai 7 fanbook autographed by the animator himself! I'm soooo PROUD to be a Samurai 7 fan ne! After that, my hubby and I left the event with me hopping up and down like a little girl who got the doll she wanted! X333

So yeah, if any of you want an autographed The Count Of Monte Cristo poster by the animator himself, just let me know ne!

I'm still thinking whether I should hold a little contest  and let the poster be the prize or something. X33 We'll see!

Last but not least. Work had been kinda lighter for me. Eversince the new girl came and took away most of my heavy workload. It's really great. Today, to be honest, basically I'm just clearing the backlogs on hand. I didn't have anything else to do. And I even get to go home early nowadays. I guess that's a good sign.

My hubby got employed as well. It's also a job which I had found for him. -_-''' Our company happened to be looking for sales assistants for our up and coming new store so I asked him to try it out. I hope it'll work out fine for him ne.

And then, my mom is currently putting up at our messy apartment for the time being. I got a call from her all of a sudden this afternoon and she asked if I could let her come stay for a few days. It turned out that she had an argument with my dad and he hit her... She's doing this to make my dad feel bad and realize he's wrong. He didn't know about her coming over to my place. My bro knows about it but he's not supposed to tell my dad.

Man, since young, my bro and I had been caught between our parents' fights. Sometimes we don't even know whose side to be on... *Sigh* Anyways, I rushed straight home after work and went to shop for a mattress and some daily neccessities for her. Since young, I'd watched how my dad hit my mom and all. And I had always thought that when I grow up, I'm gonna let my mom live on her own and away from my dad. Now, here I am grown up and all, owing a truck load of debts, this is the least I can do for her...
